Lukes Feile Diary

I won't make any excuses but we were tired. They had a big full forward who was unstoppable and he banged in a couple of goals. Were were down by 7 points at half time. We made a number of changes which included a Jack Noone ( full back ) and Declan Lally ( goalkeeper ) switching and Ian cannon going in corner back. This improved us and we fought back scoring a long range goal by Bobby Concannon. But Kevin Lynches hurling club were very strong and had great players throughout the team. Final score 3-6 to 1-4 a loss of 8 points .
I am staying with Paul Creavan in the house of Richie Mullan their number 11. They are a sound family and spoiling us rotten
